PLACING YOUR ORDER

You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you have placed your order, this will state which delivery option you have selected and when you should expect your order to arrive.

Once your order has been dispatched from us, you will receive a further email to confirm your order has been dispatched. Please note there may be delays with couriers due to COVID. 

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is your responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for your order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, we will not refund your purchase or replace the goods. If you would like change or update your address please notify us within 24 hours. 

 

PRE-ORDERS

Selecting a pre-order item may delay the dispatch of your total order if ordered with items which are in stock now. We will ship your order altogether once the pre-order item is ready for dispatch. Ship dates supplied on pre-orders are estimates only and are subject to change, please be aware of this prior to placing an order on a pre-order product. We will update you by email when we have an estimated date of restock. Please note due to COVID there can be delays. If you would like to cancel your pre order item at any time please let us know and we can issue you with a full refund if item not already dispatched. 

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY INTERNATIONAL TAXES OR CUSTOMS CHARGES?

Unfortunately, International taxes and custom charges are out of our control and you may be required to pay sales tax and or duty/Customs charges depending on your location. If you have concerns regarding applicable customs charges to your country or state, we advise you to contact your local customs office to find out what fees may be relevant to you.
