Returns

If you change your mind about a product or find the size isn't quite right, you can return it to us. We are happy to accept returns that are received within 28 days of delivery for all items. Please contact us at returns@shopreform.co.uk

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of postage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. We would advise to send the return with a tracked service, as we do not cover the costs if the courier service does not successfully deliver the parcel to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Be unwashed
  • Have all labels attached
  • Be unused/ not worn
  • Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it. Returned items must not be used, washed or altered in any way. All items will be reviewed individually upon return
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept underwear and swimwear with the hygienic sticker still attached
  • We can refuse the right for refund if the item has an odour, perfume or washing detergent smell
It can take up to 30 days to receive and complete your return. Please note that due to the current world pandemic, this process could take a little longer. Await your refund notification email. Please be sure to keep hold of your receipt in the meantime, since the responsibility of the return is yours until it reaches us.
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we receive them. It’s a good idea to get insurance for the value of the items you are returning, and obtain proof of postage

 

REFUND CONDITIONS

Refunds can take up to 14 days to be processed once you receive the refund notification. The refund will be made via the same payment method that we used for your initial purchase. You will receive the refund confirmation via email once the refund has been completed. If you do not see a credit to your account within 30 days, please show this confirmation as proof to your banking institution so they may help you facilitate the process.

When we receive your package, we will inspect the conditions of the items before proceeding to the refund, and if the items are damaged, worn or in an unsuitable condition, we won't be able to give you a refund. The item will be returned to you with the cost

  • Return items that do not meet our terms will be shipped back at your cost
